Who is ox fitness

Hello, I’m Adam Martin. I started teaching fitness in 2020 out of my home during the Covid pandemic when all of the public gyms shut down and I noticed a lot of my neighbors wanted a way to stay active but didn’t have access to any equipment. The supply chain issues made it nearly impossible to buy gym equipment, and while that was a tough time for everyone, I found myself really engaging with my community out of a love for staying healthy, fit, and motivated. I loved opening up my home gym for my friends, neighbors and family to come workout, and thus started my passion for coaching.

I have a strong background in fitness and health from working in the Army, emergency medicine, and now coaching and competing in Strongman tournaments. I started with hypertrophy training as a great way to practice form and build muscle, but over the last couple years I’ve found myself in love with the Strongman Sport, so I’ve made it my life’s work to get people healthy and strong as an ox.
